During the training, participants are guided through the life cycle of a project, from planning to completion. This includes: adding activities, allocating resources, as well as the basic concepts of project planning and control.

The terminology and principles used in this course are designed to reflect current methodologies of project management practices in a collaborative environment with Microsoft tools for project management.
