Our story
Built by a planning engineer for planning engineers
Established since 2008, providing specialist training in Primavera P6, TILOS and Microsoft Project — built from 15 years of real project experience on nuclear, rail, oil & gas, pharma and infrastructure programmes across the UK and Europe.
I've spent over 15 years as a planning engineer on some of the world's most complex projects — from the Cernavoda Nuclear Facility in Romania, to the Belgium Brussels Metro driverless signalling renewal, to the Tortue Offshore Gas Terminal with Saipem managed from Paris. Today I work as Senior Planning Engineer on Hinkley Point C-UK, managing a Primavera P6 schedule with over 10,000 tasks.
During these years, I sat through training courses that frustrated me deeply. Courses where you spent two days learning which buttons to click — but never understood why. No site experience behind the examples. No real project logic. No context for how Primavera or TILOS actually behaves when your schedule is under pressure at 9pm the night before a client review.

That's why I founded Ecostar Plan. Every course I deliver is built on field experience — real project logic, real mistakes, real solutions. When I teach P6, I'm teaching from a 10,000-tasks nuclear schedule or a complex Lean Gas Plant Processing Unit in Oil & Gas. When I teach TILOS, I'm teaching from linear rail and highway projects with actual production rates and access constraints.

Ecostar Plan’s trainers & consultants have a successful experience in international industrial projects. Their career allowed them to work as Planning Engineers, Planning Managers, Project Risk Managers or Project Management Consultants.
Our trainers & consultants are experienced in using softwares as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, TILOS or others, understanding that this are only tools, being important to know also global PM standards as Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK Guide) developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI), EU Open PM2 Standard, IPMA and others.
Our planners understand that effective communication and acting as a key interface liasing with all the project stakeholders is a major role as project management consultant.
