Microsoft Project Online training: Project management in collaborative mode with Microsoft Project Online and Office 365
About Microsoft Project Online training
Microsoft Project Online adds a collaborative dimension to your projects. Through its web interface, using Office 365, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project Desktop, it collects and distributes information on the status of the project between team members, up to the project portfolio level.
In this MS Project Online training, we learn how to implement projects online from the Microsoft Project Desktop application.
As a project manager, you will have an overview of the work of different stakeholders (stakeholders) in all projects. Each participant will have an individual view of their own project activities. This way, he will update his own activities, update his timesheet and contribute to the overall project report. Every team member can use Microsoft Teams for faster progress updates.
We’ll detail the Project Web App (PWA) client and customize its display. After having assigned the roles of the collaborators (Project Manager, Planning Engineer, Project Engineer, Portfolio Manager, etc.), we will see the different ways of planning and controlling activities.
Finally, we will study the collaboration with the SharePoint site associated with each project.
At the end of this training, you will be able to use the Microsoft Project Online tool on a daily basis and then offer employees a simplified working method.

Flexibility of the trainer who follows both the content of the training and at the same time takes the time to answer questions about our use cases. Excellent expertise and mastery of the tool. Invites you to share your screen, which encourages everyone to take control of the tool. Improving: dense rhythm, which goes quickly, in the same tone of voice. A bit of a machine side. Leave room for a little more informality?
