The Project Management Institute (PMI) announced that the PMP® Exam will change in December 2019. The detailed changes will be informed in June 2019 when they will release the new PMP Exam Content Outline. The Changes will be mentioned on PMI’s website at: https://www.pmi.org/update-center/certification-changes/pmp
The Current PMP Exam content outline was last time updated in 2015.
Students that want to pass their PMP exam to obtein their Certification after December 2019 will need to adjust their study to accommodate changes to the exam content outline.
Main expected changes:
- PMI is changing the test centers from Prometric to Pearson VUE
- PMP syllabus (Examination content online) will be changed in June 2019
- 1 April 2019 – You can schedule the PMP® exam at any of Pearson VUE test centers from this date
- 1 July 2019 – You’ll have to take the exam at Pearson VUE test centers from this date.
